Your Order

When you place an order to purchase a product from us we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the order details. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you.

Base pricing and all payments are in British Pounds Sterling (£). The display of prices in other currencies is for comparison purposes only.


We ship to all 28 countries in the EU zone, plus the 4 EFTA countries. For non-EU countries, please visit www.xeroshoes.com.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, with the exception of custom-made shoes which may take up to 7 days. When your order has shipped we will send you an email notification. Should there be an unexpected delay on any order we will contact you immediately.

Xero Shoes UK uses Royal Mail for all deliveries (1st Class Post for UK, International Standard / Airmail for other countries). Delivery prices and options are shown at the time of purchase.


We accept returns for DIY kits and ready-to-wear models as long as they are still in their original, unaltered, sellable condition (with any tags still attached) and have not been worn outdoors.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days to let us know you wish to return, then send the complete product (with packaging) and a copy of your invoice to:

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, and the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

For exchanges, please follow the returns procedure and order the replacement when the refund has been issued.

For custom Xero Shoes, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product, and only if the shoes have not been worn outdoors and are in their original condition. If you’re having some problem, please contact us and let us help you. If we’re unable to resolve your issue, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. We won’t take returns on custom-made sandals without a RAN.
