Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Nexus in the washing machine or dryer.

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

Love the sleek design

Love the sleek design, but these are not for me. They're giving slight clown vibes with the turned up toes. A real shame as I love everything else about them.

sort your sizing out!

great shoe. thought it was too small at first but the knit material stretches. I purchased 1 size above my normal UK size since there is a misalignment to the EU measurements. Please keep this in mind if looking to purchase.

Not snug enough

This shoes just doesn't work for me. My whole foot keeps slipping forward in these when walking, the heels is far away from the end of the shoe and my toes keep pushing into the front of the shoe. I've tried tightening them, but because it's all just 1 piece of fabric and doesn't have an actual tongue the fabric scrunches up causing uncomfortable pressure. My guess it that it is too wide for me in the midfoot region because I've also got a pair of Dillon Canvas Slip-On shoes from Xero and they fit me really well, while others say those feel too tight for them. This shoe is overall good quality, but when ordering, match with the EU sizes as the UK women's sizes are 1 size off in the size guide.

No customer service!

I have sent them back for an exchange to change the size and has no communication since, despite having emailed twice now. The website says I’ll get a reply within a certain amount of time and it’s been over a week since my first email. I probably won’t get an exchange now as their customer service is non existent.

Very comfortable, but do not use them for running

The shoes are amazing for gym and weightlifting - they give you stability and are incredibly comfortable. Nonetheless, do not use them for running - you might get injured, the sole is completely flat.
