Disappointed

I’m very unhappy about having to leave negative review because I love xero shoes. I have a few pairs but after 2 attempts at trying to find the right size on these I gave up. I was 1.5 sizes above my normal shoe size and they still were too small on the length even without the insole. They’re nicely made and looked good but I’m afraid I gave up

Purchase

Find them extremely comfortable but for long 12 hour days fond that I may need more cushion or an insert for work . But for hiking i love them, feel more connected to the ground.

Too short, too painful

I like the flat sole concept and ordered these on clearance. Same size as I always purchase. Padding inside took up a lot of space so insole had to be removed. They felt short, but I tried them. Within 2 hours the pain from the shortness was so severe I had to take them off. Also the spikes on the soles without any padding felt like standing in gravel. Waste of money.

Transitioning from "normal" footwear

As the title says, I'm in the midst of transitioning to footwear that lets my feet be themselves lol. This has been a great purchase, and a year later, I'm replacing them with the same pair. Four starts bc the shoelaces come undone pretty easy. I think it's the shape of the laces.

Super comfortable shoes

These Mesa - Trail shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I have short, wide feet (and a bunion, ugh) and the advice to order a size larger was on target. I'm very happy with the shoes. In Minnesota's undending winter they're my indoor shoes - I hope to wear them outdoors once the snow & mud season is past. Thank you!
