To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

Love the style and how they look. They feel great to wear, super comfortable. However they are definitely not waterproof. I had to return a pair just shortly after purchase since I was getting wet toes on the right foot. The new pair are better but still not waterproof. I have since worn this pair every day for 1 year and recently they have just split open on the bend crease either side of both shoes.. so I won't be wearing them into the winter. Additionally, just weeks after receiving the shoes I had to take out the insoles and change them because they kept sliding backwards which was really annoying. Unfortunately I would not be purchasing again since there are better comparisons on the market now. Although Thanks Xero! Have been wearing 2 varieties for 3 years, absolutely love the style and comfort but durability just isn't up to scratch.
United KingdomLove the shoes but the insole rides up
After the 3rd use I noticed the insole of the left shoe riding up at the back. It now happens within 5-10 mins of wearing. I bought them to do the Inca Trail and I've no intention of stopping every 5-10 mins. I could stick the insoles down, but if I do want to remove them in the future for smaller treks I don't want a sticky mess. I love the shoes but I can't trek in them with this problem. I've emailed support, but I've not had an answer after nearly a week. Ricky

I've been using these every morning to walk the dog for just two months, and I've started coming home with thoroughly wet feet every day just from the dew on the grass. They're very comfortable, and I'm sure good in dry conditions, but definitely not waterproof.

Similar to other reviews, found the boot letting in water with minimal use, support sent me a 2nd pair and within 2 uses were letting water in again. Really disappointed as I love my other shoes and wanted a waterproof set for the winter, but these have turned out to be absolutely rubbish.
