I have owned two pairs of this model. I returned the first after 4 weeks because of scuff marks on both inner ankles. They were exchanged and sadly, within days, these appeared again. In my case I have worked out that it is the friction of the ankles against the elastic inside the boot that create this problem. I only wear Chelsea’s boots and have never had this problem with any of mythe other brands. For this reason, I won’t be buying these again as I believe the quality of the elastic is a vital feature of any chelsea boot.
United KingdomAwesome boots but need to size up!
I love these boots (received as a Xmas present) and couldn’t wait to wear them… however I am a UK 6.5 - 7 but these fit more like a UK 5.5 - 6 so we are sending them back. Sadly there are none in stock in the size UK8 so I will have to await new stock. Annoying to have to pay all that postage and returns on these when the sizing is clearly all wrong.
