GBGood but run small
I like the option of the thicker sole on this boot compared to my Tari boots as they are more stout, but that comes with a little compromise on the comfort (but probably only because Tari boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned!) They do seem to run small though. I am always a size 6 but had to return and go up to 6.5. They are still a little tighter than I would like but I was worried that 7 would be too big and slippy so I'm sticking with them and have been wearing them all day for work the past few weeks and they've been great.

Boots look lovely but the fit is very small and, surprising for barefoot, extremely narrow! I had ordered a size up but the women's UK7 was more like a UK5.5/6. (I usually fluctuate between a 6 and 7) I did not exchange for a larger size due to the narrow fit. So sad, as they look so cool.
GBfab boots but buy bigger than usual!
These are some of the most versatile boots I've ever owned. They are clearly well made and sturdy yet flexible. As compared to vivo barefoot trackers, the sole is much more rugged with way better grips so will be great for hiking etc. The sole is consequently less flexible and felt a little stiff in comparison to other barefoot shoes initially, but I very soon got used to it and danced all weekend in them comfortably! I am a size 5 in all other barefoot shoes but had to exchange for size 5.5 and take the inner sole out for a comfortable fit.

Good afternoon A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pair of the women's ridgeway Chelsea boots. The website said to order your usual size, so I ordered a 6.5. This was my first order from Xero, and I was impressed with the speed of delivery and loved the look of the boots when they arrived. However, they were too small, so I ordered a replacement in size 7. Once again I was impressed with the speed and ease of this process. But when they arrived, the boots were still too small. I have never been a size 7.5 in any shoe, but I prepared to order a replacement a second time. To my horror the price had gone up from £135 to £170. I now face having to pay an additional £35 for the boots, along with an extra £12 to cover two lots of return postage. That means my boots will have cost nearly £200 instead of less than £150. I would never have ordered them in the first place at that price. Is there anything you can do?
