United KingdomAwesome boots but need to size up!
I love these boots (received as a Xmas present) and couldn’t wait to wear them… however I am a UK 6.5 - 7 but these fit more like a UK 5.5 - 6 so we are sending them back. Sadly there are none in stock in the size UK8 so I will have to await new stock. Annoying to have to pay all that postage and returns on these when the sizing is clearly all wrong.

These boots are great - no laces! They're comfortable and easy to wear. My only question is how do I clean them as they are not the 'usual' leather. I would prefer them to be the same finish as the Breckenridge but I'm happy all the same.
GBDisappointed - poor quality elastic, leather not robust
I am very disappointed by the quality of the elastic, which is a major feature of any Chelsea boot. I have found that it scuffs very easily. In my case it may simply be the side of the rubber sole moving across occasionally. After less than a month, the elastic looks scruffy and it is clear that this will not wear well. I am also underwhelmed by the quality of the leather. I believe this, like the elastic, will wear quickly. A great pity, as the sole is flexible and has good traction and the shoe is warm. More attention needs to be given to the design and quality of the upper boot.

Can’t thank xero customer service enough for helping me with my shoes. These were an exchange for a different pair I had some problems with. They were more than helpful! I listened to the previous reviews on these and sized up from my usual size 6 to a 7.5 and they’re a perfect fit 🙂
GBBrilliant boots but buy bigger!
I am usually a size 6 but after reading the reviews I bought in a 7 and they fit me perfectly! I removed the insoles for a more barefoot feel and love them. I've been wearing them around the house all day amd they are so comfy. Looking forward to many miles in them 🙂
