Further on, we may collect and process additional data received during our mutual contractual relationship (such as your purchasing habits, preferences, and logs including IP address or cookies used for identifying such preferences). In all other cases, we process your personal data with your consent only. It typically happens when you grant us your consent to being sent newsletters or other commercial messages. If consent is given, it is valid for the time necessary to process the data, unless and until you revoke it. The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6 para 1 a) GDPR (consent of you as the customer).

Maintenance of online shop and website: we also process log data, which may include IP addresses and/or cookies, for the purposes of operation of the online shop as well as maintenance of our website. If you do not agree with the processing of this data, you may block the use of cookies in your settings, or refuse the use of cookies directly on our website. In such cases, you acknowledge that the online shop or website may not work properly and that we as the controller are not liable for any difficulties.
