Xero Shoes UK uses Royal Mail for all deliveries (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 for UK, International Tracked or International Tracked & Signed for other countries).

The shipping cost is based on the total weight of the package, not as a fixed cost per item, which enables savings when ordering multiple pairs.

We accept returns for DIY kits and ready-to-wear models as long as they are still in their original, unaltered, sellable condition (with any tags still attached) and have not been worn outdoors.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days to let us know you wish to return, then send the complete product (with packaging) and a copy of your invoice to:

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, and the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

For exchanges, please follow the returns procedure and order the replacement when the refund has been issued.

For custom Xero Shoes, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product, and only if the shoes have not been worn outdoors and are in their original condition. If you’re having some problem, please contact us and let us help you. If we’re unable to resolve your issue, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. We won’t take returns on custom-made sandals without a RAN.
