Figuring out sizing is never easy. That’s why we also have FREE EXCHANGES. Most people find our size recommendation gives them a proper fit, but just in case, we have a free exchange program for all UK orders.

If you are looking to buy a larger size, the next size up would be in Women’s – the conversion rate is 1 times, e.g. a Youth’s 4 is a Women’s 5.

Worried about your kids outgrowing the Prio?

We know that kids grow, and we’re not fans of buying shoes that “they’ll grow into.” To help out if your kids get too big for their Prio, we’ve created a Facebook Group where you can trade/swap/buy/sell your shoes and pass your still-wearable pair to someone who still fits your size, and find a pair for the next perfect fit. Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.
