They are great, but get the correct sizing.

Oh boy I have been waiting for such a Chelsea boot for a long time. I am very happy, comfortable straight out the box, great colour brown, stylish (but thats not overly important to me), light weight, supportive, lets hope the soles do the 5,000 metaphorical mileage! SIZING, The potential downside to internet shopping is size and fit. I followed other reviewers and Xero's advice and went half a size up. Now if you like snug fitting boots or have slim feet thats probably okay. However I like my toes and feet to be able to spread so the first pair half size bigger, were too tight, compared all the other barefoot shoes and boots that I have, from another company. So I exchanged for a full size up, from my 'normal' size in every day shoes. The fit is perfect, so comfortable straight out of the box. I can also wear a slightly thicker sock if needed in the winter. They may loosen up a bit more, I will say more on that in a few months time. I dont mind if they do, I spend a lot of time outdoors so I am used to addapting the fit with different inners and thicker wool socks. Like most things time will be the real telling factor in how well these do. However from experience of barefoot shoes and boots, these are looking like they will earn there keep.
